John Trumbull House
+ My Favorites
The Trumbull family migrated over from Scotland in 1866 and this house was occupied by the Trumbull children. Local historical figures called this place home at certain points throughout the 1900s.

Manresa Castle
+ My Favorites
Known to locals as Eisenbeis Castle, named after the prominent family who built it, Manresa Castle is one of Port Townsend's most historic structures. Consisting of 30 rooms and 12-inch thick brick walls, the castle was completed in 1892. After the death of Charles Eisenbeis in 1902, business man and town mayor, the building stood vacant, except for a caretaker, until 1925, when it was converted into a vacation home for nuns and later a training college. Today it is used as a luxury hotel.
